Who you gonna call?
We receive a lot of questions from faculty, staff, and students who are sometimes not sure whom to call with what types of questions. The guide below is intended to direct faculty, staff, and students to the right offices and individuals depending on the questions they have or problems they are experiencing.

- Problems logging into the network/e-mail account – HelpDesk

- Login and enrollment issues, as well as any specific course related questions - first contact should be the instructor of the course (they can provide specific instructions, including any course access codes)
- Technical problems, creating new courses, copying courses, deleting courses

- Microsoft (Windows and Office) licenses for offices/departments and for full-time faculty and staff home use
- Training for faculty, staff, and students

- The HelpDesk provides technical support for faculty and staff
- CSI does not provide support for faculty/staff home computers (hardware/software) - we do not have the resources
- CSI does not provide support for student home computers (hardware or software)
- Library staff do provide limited assistance (login, answering basic technical questions) to students who use the open lab in the Library – library staff will not answer assignment-specific questions, those need to be directed to the appropriate faculty member
