Description: Front desk assistant needed to answer phones, transfer calls to appropriate staff/departments, greet students, faculty/staff and public, assist office staff as needed and assist with record keeping. Must be able to work cohesively with a small team of work-studies as well as office staff. Must project a professional image in-person and over the phone. The position requires detailed tedious work in a fast paced office. Must be able to work in a calm and productive manner. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to the assigned supervisor. Basic computer skills required. A minimum of 2 semesters left to complete at CSI. Call for an interview after July 17th for openings starting July 28th-Aug. 22, and Fall semester starting Aug. 22nd.

Description: This position provides certification as an Idaho Small Business Development Center professional. The certification is issued through our state office at Boise State University and would be a positive addition to any resume. Certification topics includes confidentiality, communication skills on a 1 to 1 basis, services of the Idaho SBDC, and services of other State programs as well. As a representative of the Business Development Center, you will have access to business seminars and networking opportunities with the business community. Description: Recreation Assistant assists CSI Students and community members of the Student Rec. Center . This positions focus is on keeping the facility Safe, Clean and Friendly. Recreation Assistants clean all rooms and equipment, assist members at the front desk, and other jobs as needed like providing information, general maintenance/custodial & weight room supervision. Recreation Assistants are NOT a weight-training expert. Stress safety & proper use of all equipment & answer patron questions. Hours:Vary from 5:00 am-11:00 pm.

Description: Responsibilities to include answering telephones, making appointments, computer operations, filing paperwork, preparing mailings and collaborating on Power Point presentations. Customer Service including interactions with: the public, faculty, staff, and students courteously and effectively. The components of this position include communication with donors and the community at-large, data entry into the Foundation database and preparing reports under direct supervision Most working hours are between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday but occasional help will be required at evening and weekend events.
