Services We Offer
ITC staff offer a great variety of services to CSI faculty and staff. ITC services are generally offered for free to departments, faculty, and staff. There may be a charge for supplies used (e.g. paper, cartridge, CDs, DVDs, etc.).
- Training for faculty/staff – classes, workshops, small group and one-on-one training sessions
- Training for students (Blackboard, MyCSI, e-mail)
- Technical support for faculty and staff

- Online attendance verification through MyCSI
- Online course evaluations
- WebTools (used by faculty to create personal web pages, maintain office hours, etc.)
- Development, maintenance, and support of the CSI website and online services and resources
- Blackboard maintenance and support
- Assistance with online course development
- Administration of Adobe Connect
- Design of printed marketing material (CSI catalog, brochures, flyers, posters, bookmarks, banners, etc.)
- Multimedia presentation development
- Multimedia projects (video, audio, animation)
- Equipment lending (for faculty and staff use only)
